Elizabeth Miles

Ms. Miles is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She is a graduate of North Georgia College in Dahlonega Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance.  She later attended Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2005. While a student at Pellissippi State Community College, she served as Student Representative to the Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee and was awarded the West Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.  She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Societies and achieved national certification as a Certified Paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 2005.

Prior to joining Knox Tax Law, Ms. Miles was employed with several large law firms in Knoxville and is experienced in the areas of bankruptcy law, creditor collections, workers’ compensation, and personal injury litigation in addition to income taxation.  She enjoys assisting Mr. Mullis in his negotiations with the IRS on behalf of the clients of Knox Tax Law PPLC. She is the mother of three college students and enjoys reading, animals, and spending time with her family.
